I was in the Paradise Valley area in late June ‘25 and enjoyed the wonderful services, Blue Bowie Catering and Chef CJ‼️ He prepared everything in my Airbnb kitchen, bringing all of his own utensils and serving dishes which included appetizers through dessert. Not only was he personable, professional,- providing full service from prep, service to clean up!! I could not recommend him more for any of your small to large events. We recently hosted a dinner party for 8 people, and Chef CJ prepared the most amazing meal for our family- my dad is still talking about how the crab cake was the best he’s ever had! He helped create such a memorable experience for us all. As we were working together to plan the evening, he kept us well informed and answered any questions we had. Great experience with Chef CJ! The meal was fantastic, with both presentation and quality setting a new bar for expectations. The southwest menu offered a lot of unique takes that our group really enjoyed. CJ shared some great stories and was really kind to the kids who kept popping in on his prep with curiosity.
CJ came and did a private brunch at our airbnb in Scottsdale…hands down the best brunch I’ve ever had!!
