Dr. Fattah and his staff are warm and welcoming. Unlike other dental offices I have been to, I didn’t feel like just another person to get in and out the door. It is evident Dr. Fattah keeps up with the latest dental technology and is knowledgeable about the best practices. He has never presented just one option when dealing with my gum issues, but provides information and lets me choose. From the moment I walked into the front desk area to the moment I paid and walked out, I felt comfortable, respected, and cared for by the entire team. As a new patient, I was provided a tour of the space, was told what was happening the entire time I was in the chair, and was provided education regarding my dental and oral health. Dr Fattah is one of these individuals! Bravo Doc! Complimenting his practice is his selection of team members , top notch!

Having had a lot of “serious” dental work over the years and more than my fair share of substandard dentistry, I am never thrilled to have to visit the dentist. This is my third time at Scottsdale Family Smiles and I continue to be incredibly impressed with the whole experience. Today I had an “emergency” crown fitted, with appointment offered at short notice and all completed painlessly. Recommend highly!
They take their name to heart Every one was super nice, especially since they don't take my insurance and it was a free second opinion So; I immediately recommended them to my son I was especially impressed by Sarah's helpfulness in my search for a prostodonist that would take my insurance A good receptionist can make or break a practice And; she is superb.
