UPDATE: Synergy has fraudulent billing practices. They didn’t send me a billing statement, charged my credit card, and I had to reach out to them to send me the statement. When I received the statement, the billing codes used are inaccurate. The charges are fraud. I will be working with my credit card company, insurance, and reporting them to the State. I should have listened to the negative reviews before going here. I had a in-person consultation only to be told that they are no longer accepting new patients and they refuse to help me extend my STD. My PCP referred me here and now I have to start over again. Thanks for nothing Synergy. Take my money and be on your way.
