The marketing at the facility said women for women. I incorrectly assumed that meant they actually cared about their patients and their care. I was very wrong. The anesthesiologist didn’t have the correct medication, didn’t follow our agreed upon protocol, then the facility dressed me and literally rolled me out the door before I was awake. I recently had a mommy makeover here and from the moment I walked in until the next morning I received the best treatment ever!!! Everyone was fantastic and made me feel so welcomed, so comfortable and so reassured that I would do great. Dr Jennifer Boll did my surgery and she is FANTASTIC she made me feel amazing and did an incredible job and even completed my surgery earlier than expected. I had a fantastic experience at this surgery center from start to finish. I had a TT, MR, and Lipo procedure here with Dr Stutman and everything was seamless. My nurses Lauren and Callie were amazing! They were professional, kind, helpful and eased all of my stress. Dr Flack communicated all expectations and I had zero issues with my anesthesia. I would highly recommend this surgical center.
I had my surgery here (tummy tuck, lip o & breast augmentation) and I cannot say enough good things. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I was crying the moment I walked back & the nurse was so kind. No one ever made me feel silly for being emotional. The anesthesiologist was so kind and informative.
