Recently I had a facelift and laser surgery at SMRS. They took excellent care of me. I spent the night after my surgery, and I am so glad I did. I was comfortable and cared for by Jennifer, Ada, Rebecca and Alyssa. They made my first day of surgery so much easier for me by making sure I had plenty of liquids, treats and making sure I was comfortable. I would also like to thank my surgical nurse, Joey. The marketing at the facility said women for women. I incorrectly assumed that meant they actually cared about their patients and their care. I was very wrong. The anesthesiologist didn’t have the correct medication, didn’t follow our agreed upon protocol, then the facility dressed me and literally rolled me out the door before I was awake. I was nauseous due to the wrong meds and rather than treat it, they waived an alcohol swab under my nose. I recently had a mommy makeover here and from the moment I walked in until the next morning I received the best treatment ever!!! Everyone was fantastic and made me feel so welcomed, so comfortable and so reassured that I would do great. Dr Jennifer Boll did my surgery and she is FANTASTIC she made me feel amazing and did an incredible job and even completed my surgery earlier than expected.
