Experience was great overall, all nurses that worked with me were kind and treated me excellent, I also received a call the following morning just to check on me, i appreciate you all.
From the moment I walked into the surgical center, I felt welcomed and cared for. The staff at the front desk greeted me with warm, genuine smiles that immediately helped calm my nerves. Walking in for surgery can be intimidating, but they made me feel at ease from the very beginning. The surgical center itself is spotless, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. Recently I had a facelift and laser surgery at SMRS. They took excellent care of me. I spent the night after my surgery, and I am so glad I did. I was comfortable and cared for by Jennifer, Ada, Rebecca and Alyssa. They made my first day of surgery so much easier for me by making sure I had plenty of liquids, treats and making sure I was comfortable. I would also like to thank my surgical nurse, Joey.
