Impeccable service, spotless rooms, and excellent food. Ideal for business travel, but I’d gladly return for a leisure trip! Highly recommended
The bed was comfortable, but the other furniture was not. Sat at the bar to get service but left after ten+ minutes not acknowledged, even though the bartender was there. Breakfast was good, though pricey.
Let me first say: the staff at this resort is 10/10 – kind, attentive, and always welcoming. Unfortunately, the events/beverage department setup was a complete letdown and did not meet even basic expectations. I booked a cabana for Labor Day and, upon arrival, noticed every cabana was labeled except mine (minor inconvenience, but still a detail that should be managed). The rooms are in serious need for updating. The furniture is so old and wore out I wouldn’t even donate the couch to Goodwill.
