Henry who is the Food and Beverage Manager in the restaurant is absolutely amazing. We were so impressed with his customer service skills, hard work ethic and the kindness he showed our family during our stay. We enjoyed talking to him and looked forward to seeing his smile every day. Henry will go far in the service industry.
This place is in need of an extreme renovation to update it from 1980s to 2020s. The staff is OUTSTANDING. However, it is worn out and dark. The furniture is squishy and creaky. The staff is OUTSTANDING. There is only one elevator in each wing. The elevator is tucked away down a long corridor that shows the dirty carpet under dim lighting. The staff is AMAZING.
