Rooms are comfortable. We recently had a room and the sink leaked while we were staying. Josh the maintenance guy kept us well informed and did everything possible to fix it day of, even with several obstacles. Good rates as well and in a very convenient location
Visiting from Los Angeles, and this place was awesome! The staff was amazing, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Our room came with a full kitchen and a washer/dryer, which made our stay so much more convenient. They have both an adult pool and a family pool, so there’s something for everyone. The location is also perfect .. right in the center of everything we needed. Very nice place to relax and great atmosphere
We enjoy our stay at the Hilto vacation club... and the staff was very pleasant, courteous and helpful.
Only issue ive had with my stay is the internet/tv service in my room. Have 3 small kids, hence disney +, love mickey, log in, get logged out, or no internet to use =kids upset, dialog sounds fadt forwarded at times, have to rewind to reset. Happens on regular tv too, wife loves svu, dialog completely shuts off but volume is high and unmuted. Cant be out of the room 24/7, so it can be a headache when trying to relax in the room and with small children
