Dr. Shelly Friedman and his staff / crew are the most amazing people i've met. Not only did exude complete professionalism, they delivered 5 star comfort, hospitality and customer service.
After meeting Dr Friedman, I was very uncomfortable with him and cancelled the next morning. 9 days later, I received a call saying they couldn't find the receipt (there is no receipt) and that there would be a 5% credit card fee which neither Visa, MC or AMEX charge vendors on the refund. This is absolute nonsense and nothing but a two bit way to collect money. After looking at reviews online, I decided to go to Bosley and spend the extra money to get it done right. Had a failed hair transplant with Dr. Friedman who is a well respected physician in the community however is very money hungry and sadly is reflected in his practice. A low estimate will be given to you in the beginning, then an upsell during the day of the operation.
