Although the staff seems kind. They have no freaking clue what goes on in the treatment room. I'm a former technician of over a decade so I know exactly what needs to get done back there.I had my dog have a dental and his anal glands expressed.whoever the lazy technician was-SHE decided to shave off all his hair & SKIN. Instead of using shampoo and cleaning off that way.I had to go back and get special ointment for his bottom and when I was there I asked what technician worked on him and no one could tell me it's like who th... read more
We are HUGE FANS of Scottsdale Hills Animal Hospital! Having followed Dr. Lopez from another practice, we know the love, care, and knowledge demonstrated by her, Dr. Bessemer and their wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. Your pet will be in great hands!
Love the doc and staff! So kind to my pets and they take the time to talk and explain things! Worth the drive to have such great care!!
I can't imagine taking our Great Dane puppy anywhere else. We feel so much love here! The DR's and staff are very knowledgeable and truly care. The office is very clean and has a great atmosphere.
Please allow me the opportunity to explain why you are not providing my vetinarian needs. Your staff is incompetent, you charged me an arm and leg and both animals are still not well and your "compassion" for animal care is lacking. Not to mention you charge fees that are not explained until questioned. I want to ensure that my side of the story is heard as well and not just what your "office manager" is relaying to you.
