WARNING TO FUTURE TENANTS – THIS PLACE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. I was a respectful, long-term tenant at Scottsdale Highlands and maintained the apartment in great condition. After moving out, I received a final statement deducting $432.19 from my security deposit for “60% of carpet replacement”, despite the carpet being in clean, undamaged condition. This is a blatant violation of Arizona law (A.R.S. § 33-1321), which clearly prohibits charging tenants for normal wear and tear. To make it worse, they also charged me $234.87 to... read more
I had a quick question for Mariah, but she was on a conference call. However, she was nice enough to get right back with me. I didn’t even have to ask her. I thought that was just awesome. …That’s only one of many reasons why she’s such a good manager. Maintenance is also superhuman-even if they slow down their golf cart to give me a quick hello, it seems to mean a lot to me. The apartments are great and the staff is welcoming and friendly, especially Phoenicia.
The community management and service here are very good. The staff is helpfull, friendly, and quick to respond any problems. Maintenance requests are done on time, and the area is kept clean and safe. Overall I'm happy with the service and how well the place is managed.
