I have had a few interactions and experiences with a couple of your maintenance staff and all I can say is I think they’re exceptional. I was around when Alex was trying to figure out how to solve the ceiling fan problem and I saw first hand how hard both he & Nolan worked over a period of days, if not weeks, to figure out. Another instance I witnessed was both Alex & Nolan working overtime on a unit next to us that developed a water leak. I just want to say how thankful I am for the maintenance team Nolan and Alex at Scottsdale Highlands Apartments, my vehicle lights were left on I over night and my battery drained out, I asked Alex to help me and without any hesitation both gentlemen came out and helped me! Thank you so very much!!! Great guys.
