Went to visit a friend who moved back to that complex and oh boi... the place reeks of weed. I have nothing against people who smoke it. They can do whatever they want... The complex itself is clean and well kept.

Very discouraging but let me just begin by saying this.: The place has never looked better the manager Mariah is amazing and understated to say the least She has two superstar leasing agents, both smiling at you when you walk in/ RUBY and Phoenicia. Maintenace Workers Alex and Nolan were top notch with handling our water heater emergency. We love having them around and the work they do is top notch. 10/10 would recommend
I have nothing but bad reviews about this place. I am a new prospecting resident in the area and found scottsdale highlands and the reviews seemed good so I was like why not lets just apply. I'm a new renter with good credit 0 late payments etc etc, so I thought ok Im ok to get a decent sized apartment. I go and apply and pay the 155 admin fee (plus extra hidden fees) and only to be met with their approval process with ApproveShield.
