I just renewed my lease for a second year. I have read all the reviews for this complex and the only thing I can say to that is, I've had none of those problems. You are never going to find that perfect place to live unless you live in a house in the middle of nowhere so you are going to hear other people from time to time, its called a complex for a reason. When my boyfriend and I moved into the complex, we were looking for a place we could get into quickly but we fell in love with it right away! The management staff are so friendly and helpful. When we needed maintenance, they were there within the hour. All of our neighbors are really nice and the floorplans are awesome and affordably priced. Our only complaint would be that there never seems to be enough parking, but I would definately recommend this complex to anyone looking for a new place to live in Scottsdale.
