I just renewed my lease for a second year. I have read all the reviews for this complex and the only thing I can say to that is, I've had none of those problems. You are never going to find that perfect place to live unless you live in a house in the middle of nowhere so you are going to hear other people from time to time, its called a complex for a reason.
