I had received a call from Richard Otto and shared with him that 1. I had done business with other retailers, 2. had a specific question regarding numismatics, 3. Total sham, guy took my money for 2 gold coins and never got back to me, called, emailed, nothing. I had to process fraud charges with my lawyer and bank do not every buy from this guy Mike and his company, total joke.
