Our small community at Scottsdale 5th Ave is being remodeled to include covered parking. Meet the Manager Robin S. Manager I have worked with CAM Properties for almost 4-years and could not be happier. They take pride in their communities and help their residents to be comfortable in their environment.

Decent place. Great price for the area. Highway is a little noisy but you get used to it. Haven't really had any issues overall, pretty happy with the place. They did just raise my rent though which is very frustrating.

I have just moved into these apartments a week ago. I was not able to have a tour before I moved in to know if everything was in working condition until I moved in. My AC doesn’t work at all no one has updated me on when it’s getting fixed or even a courtesy call. I advised the landlord I was sick and needed it fixed asap and have had no updates. I’ve called and left countless messages and no one seems to want to get through to tell me anything. This is very inhumane in the middle of summer to be left without an air conditio... read more
Make sure you ask about heat and air they only turn it on when they want to ask anyone that lives here also they never answer phones and never repair stuff that was agreed on before move In 85 today no air again your utility bill will always be 80 with no heat or air
