Exceptional service from the initial call to doc signing, all of that remotely. The car is being prepped for shipment and I am excited to receive it. I cannot say enough about Gary Simon who handled the whole process, extremely professionally and accommodated my requests for all the details including extra videos for remote review. He continues to keep me posted on the status of the vehicle ahead of shipping. Even though I am in a different state, I would absolutely buy from this dealership and Gary again.
I purchased a SF90 all the way from Maryland, I had the exhaust changed to a catback exhaust, which the dealer used a local shop, the car is currently in limp mode(turtle mode), needless to say, I am not happy. I understand the exhaust is complicated on this car, however, whichever shop they used did not complete the job correctly, now I have to send it to the shop again here in Maryland and figured out what the problem is.
