From the minute I stepped into Scottsdale Family Smiles, this practice was outstanding, I was warmly greeted and treated like I was they're number one client. I was called in 2 minutes, shown around so I understood where everything was and then brought to my chair. The technician, Megan, was very friendly and professional. She took all x-rays, always explained what the next step was, and when she said the dentist would see me shortly, she wasn't kidding, he was with me introducing himself within a couple minutes. I felt I was in the company of friends when I visited the team that works at family smiles. Their devotion to the patient shines thru the lovely way each member really cares that your visit was not only pleasant, but they gave you all the information needed to feel good about you tooth issues.
