Dr. Fatah and his staff are the best in the valley. Friendly, smiling and work in a professional manner. Tracey did my cleaning this a.m.....excellent job!! Punctual - no waiting and greeted with a smile.
From the beginning, I felt very comfortable with the Scottsdale Family Smile dental practice. I was made at ease talking with the front office staff, then taken for X-rays. Next the dentist came in to examine my teeth and finally the dental hygienist did a thorough teeth cleaning. The way I was made to feel like I have new friends. I’m not a good dental patient, but I did not ever feel any pain. They get 5 stars from me.
This is the best dental office I have bee to.Ptofessional equipment,the most competent doctor,the friendliest staff,and an amazing atmosphere.,It is a pleasaure to go to the dentist since I found them.
From the minute I stepped into Scottsdale Family Smiles, this practice was outstanding, I was warmly greeted and treated like I was they're number one client. I was called in 2 minutes, shown around so I understood where everything was and then brought to my chair. The technician, Megan, was very friendly and professional. She took all x-rays, always explained what the next step was, and when she said the dentist would see me shortly, she wasn't kidding, he was with me introducing himself within a couple minutes. I felt I was in the company of friends when I visited the team that works at family smiles. Their devotion to the patient shines thru the lovely way each member really cares that your visit was not only pleasant, but they gave you all the information needed to feel good about you tooth issues. I recommend y'all search out this magnificent group for all your dental needs or concerns. Thanks every so much.
