Third visit to Scottsdale Eye Surgery Center was for lower eyelid surgery. First two were for cataract surgery in late Feb and Early March, 2020. Each experience was equally as professional and competent. The lady at the front desk was personable and professional. The ladies doing the check in and making sure we had pre-op information were also warm and professional. The management is absolutely horrible! Stepping foot into the business was a huge mistake! Again, the management is trash. Heartless.

Be careful when you going there don't sign anything without seeing the actual price especially if they're going to put you under for a surgery. anesthesia it's going to be one of those surprises that you did not expect.$2000.00 if you hear they're going to Bill separately from us get out of there.

This place is an organized rip off. First, it is owned by one or more eye surgeons. In one case I am familiar with, that opthalmic practice waited until a day or two before the patient's surgery, then without telling her it was out of that patient's "in-network" list of approved providers, the shuttled her to that surgical center just in order so the surgeon from Associated Retina Consultants (who is an owner of this surgical center) could charge the fee to the patient directly.
