Tremendous experience at Chapman Jeep in Scottsdale AZ. My service writer Abrian was very patient and compassionate. Had a software issue with my WiFi connection. He’s currently constantly Trying everything to help me solve my problem. Truly appreciate his efforts. The problem was fixed! Pete was by far one the best sales associates I’ve ever worked with over the past 20 years and I’ve purchased at least 20 vehicles thus far. He was friendly, kind, prompt, genuinely concerned about my concerns and knew all about the Jeep I was interested in.
