I recently purchased a 2017 Lexus IS 300 from Scottsdale Autos Online. All of my communication was with Jim and all via email. He was very responsive, straight to the point, and professional. He was also quick with the paperwork. I recently made them a reasonable offer based on comparable available offerings of the year/make/model/mileage of the vehicle I was curious about and Jamie apparently got very upset with that. He proceeded to throw a tantrum via email, and tried to rudely and condescendingly lecture me about how UN-reasonable it was of me to be unwilling to pay $5k over any sane estimate of the car’s book value (in a declining used car market BTW) because of how “special” the car was.
