B I’ve bought many cars from many dealerships over the years, but this was by far the best experience. He made everything simple, honest, and comfortable from start to finish. We were looking for a Toyota FJ Cruiser. Looked for a couple of months. Ran across a very clean 2011 with low mileage. Drove down from Prescott one weekend and fell in love both with the car and the showroom. There are so many beautiful cars there. I will Definitely look here again. I recently purchased a 2017 Lexus IS 300 from Scottsdale Autos Online. All of my communication was with Jim and all via email. He was very responsive, straight to the point, and professional. He was also quick with the paperwork. I recently made them a reasonable offer based on comparable available offerings of the year/make/model/mileage of the vehicle I was curious about and Jamie apparently got very upset with that. He proceeded to throw a tantrum via email, and tried to rudely and condescendingly lecture me about how UN-reasonable it was of me to be unwilling to pay $5k over any sane estimate of the car’s book value (in a declining used car market BTW) because of how “special” the car was. The most awesomest dealership! Shipped my vintage Jeep to me with no hassle. Arizona to Kansas! So easy. Quicker and smoother than buying a car off the lot. Jamie is so helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. Highly recommend!
