Could definitely do better with repairing things in the apartments
I have lived here for 4.5 years and have never ran into any problems Scottsdale couldn't fix. They are quick to respond, inform you of upcoming visits, work with you, and listen to you. The only thing I would change is I wish I moved here sooner!
They only pick up the phone if you’re looking at an apartment. They will tell you other requirements needed right after you submitted your $50 application fee and waste your time. They wanted to charge me a double deposit, with great credit and no debt. Do not get played by these people and make sure to pay the application fee by credit card so you can get your CHARGEBACK quicker!
