I have a heart condition which requires me to take medication. Recently the Air Conditioner stopped working at Scottsdale 59 for awhile, which caused the medication I take to be stored at high temperatures above the manufacturer's recommendation. The high temperatures can greatly impact the efficacy of the medication. I asked for a reimbursement for the medication due to this and the management at Scottsdale 59 refused to reimburse me. We lived at Scottsdale 59 for 4 years and really enjoyed our time there, would absolutely recommend it! Pros: Gas stoves, flat rate utility bill, well-insulated, beautiful grounds, nice pool, great central location where you’re close to Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Tempe (+Papago Park is right there), covered parking and lots of non-covered guest spots, quiet and friendly community, the maintenance and front office teams are great, they responded quickly to any issues or questions and provided updates.
