Overall, my experience at this complex has been positive. The amenities are well-maintained, and the majority of residents and staff are friendly and accommodating. Myesha, the community manager, has always been approachable and professional in my interactions. She is dedicated to ensuring the complex runs smoothly and fosters a positive community environment. Scottsdale 59 is one of the properties where you can find nice renovated apartments for a fair price, their amenities are top-notch, I specifically love the pool area!! At first, I thought it was a great idea to join this community, so I could save money with flat rate utilities. The only problem is that the office determines whether to run the chillers or boilers, and they also set the temperature for the entire apartment complex. I mistakenly assumed that they would not allow the residents to freeze to death inside our apartments with no heat: WRONG!
