Sorry place to do business with. They do work that is not ask for and then charge way to much. When told didn't want the extra work done the head man said that someone authorized the work but there isn't anyone but me and I know I didn't tell them to do it..I had to pay for the work before I got my mower.I told them I wouldn't be back and he said I was never welcome in his store again. ***** ****** requested work to be done by us & we gave him a quote on all repairs. When his machine was ready to pickup he came in & paid his bill, them started yelling at my employees for no reason at all causing a site in front of my other customers. He was telling our customers that we were no good sorry crooks & that we have ripped him off several times before. Checked our data base & this was the first time we ever worked on anything for him. I sent in 2 mowers for repair. 1st mower was to be serviced and repaired. Paid $311.79. Received mower back on 20 July 2019. Used mower and within 40 minutes deck belt fell off. Called on 23 July 2019 spoke with a woman and I was explained that they do not service deck belts. Ok, sounds weird. I tried explaining to her that the reason I needed the equipment repaired was because I couldn't do the labor anymore. You were quoted for the work done, plus we mowed your lawn while your mowers were down, then you called & cussed out two of my employees for no reason all. You said we were becoming like another dealership you used before. I'm willing to bet that dealership will not deal with you anymore because of your actions!
