My son's bike tires were popped while he was in school... total bummer. I called in asking if he could walk his bike down and have them check it out. They were able to fix both tires and get him back on it all for under $40. They were extremely nice!! When I snapped my cable during a SCCC ride, when I need a tune-up, when I needed arm warmers, whenever I have a simple question, these guys always come through. They are professional and kind, friendly bike people that share my passion and growing interest in different types of riding (I'm a new MTB, road and commuter). I heard they have a women's ride which I've been meaning to join, so that's something to look forward to in the summer. Thanks
