We are a locally owned bike shop and love all bikes. We stock and sell Specialized, Santa Cruz, Pivot. E-Bikes, Road Bikes, Mountain Bikes, Town Bikes. We have a full fleet of high end mountain bikes and ebikes for rent. We have a full service repair, mobile repair and offer Retul bike fits. Come on by and say HI!

Good experience on my kids new bike we drove from Watsonville
Best service in Santa Cruz County
I live out of town but ride in Santa Cruz’s a few times every year. I stopped in to buy a water bottle and the staff was extremely friendly. Went back a few months later and everyone remembered my girlfriend and I and even where we live/ride. Furthermore, was at northstar riding one day and one of their employees saw me and came up to say hello. Great selection of bikes, jerseys, and more with a knowledgeable staff. Customer service is not dead at this shop! Worth checking out if in the area.
Everyone I have ever talked to at this shop is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. One of the first times I went in I swarmed the place with 3 small children and said, "I just need to get them all helmets". The salesperson helped each of my kids find a helmet they liked and that fit and they could grow with. Three years later we're still using those helmets, I've had two bike fits (road and mtn) with Aaron and Brittany, we've bought kids bikes there, and they are my go to place for gear, clothes, and bike upkeep. I have never had anything but excellent, friendly service from both their sales and service staff. The management at Scotts Valley Cycle Sport has always been willing to go out of their way to get me back on my bike whether that be locating hard to find parts or the service department staying a little late to make sure I had a bike to ride the next day. Also the amount of time the shop ownership volunteers to youth cycling is an example for any shop to follow.

This place is awesome. My son goes here all the time to get things fixed if it's a simple job they squeeze him in right away. This morning he to went down to fix his dad's bike and they gave him and his friends free swag. He was so excited when he came home. Thanks for being a great community roll model for the kids.
