Fully detailed my SUV & I gladly paid the extra $10 to vacuum the pet hair since it's a husky's car! Looks and smells brand new inside!!!
0 stars. I have a pickup and when I went to get my truck washed, I went with a Gold wash, the individual told me he was going to charge me more because it was harder to vacuum. 17 years of going here and never heard that one. SV Carwash, you just lost a customer
Lobby with lots of knickknacks. It took 90 minutes from start to finish to get a full wash. Car looked nice though, after 13 states of bugs and dust
Does it cost extra to have your whole car washed? I did the Gold Service and was charged an extra for an XL vehicle. The front guards behind the tire on my Tundra was still covered in mud. Completely visible. I usually do a better job myself. I wish I could post a picture so you can see it.
They always do a great job on our vehicles! The detailers work really hard.
We have used them many times and now will never go back. My husbands car was scratched on the console. When my husband pointed it out the older guy said "oh no we couldn't have done that". Well it wasn't there before!!! No responsibility was take at all. We will no longer take our cars there. Crappy service!!!
