I needed a same day issue resolved. There was a large wood cockroach trying to come down through my bathroom ceiling vent, which I was very freaked out by. I called to see if someone could come out same day (this is without me being signed up for service with this company). The person in the office was so nice. When the tech came out, Brian, he was so nice and friendly. He took care of my problem, and didn't charge me anything.
