Outdoor happy hour overlooking the river sounded so lovely. But it was NOT. It was awful. Just awful. Food is bad and service sub par. And you’re eating out of paper plates like the ones they use at the state fair. Your Chardonnay is served in a plastic cup. Of course all overpriced.
