Scott's has an elegant atmosphere. Parking is awful though. And the view of the river is blocked by a huge tent that I assume they use for special events, so there isn't much of a view. Service was good but the food was average.
Scotts has everything. Atmosphere, great food, great service! Scotts Rocks!
