It was ok overall - the server could have done a better job and the food we ate wasn’t too tasty. I had halibut and my hubby had steak then my daughter had tilapia. For the price you pay for the food, it wasn’t worth it.
A meal could not be any better. The food, staff and ambiance are off the hook. We love this restaurant!

Good atmosphere for happy hour with friends/colleagues. Had salad & small bites. Simple field greens salad with perfectly crisp Granny Smith apples. Comfy, airy inside, attentive, but not obnoxious, service. Great riverside setting/views.
It was my first time there. Thanks to a special friend who picked the spot. I absolutely loved the food, environment and the scenery was just beautiful. Definitely coming back
Please save your money if you are thinking of doing any event here such as a wedding or a birthday party. I had an event at this place. Every single chairs had stains, had holes,and had broken metal frames. Food was disgusting and meat was dry like eating cardboard. Hall was scorching hot and with no AC, it took them two hours to finally turn on the AC. The plates were mini teacup size. Servers would disappear for hours. Dinning at Scott's Restaurant on the river in Sacramento was THE BEST experience I've had in a long time. From the staff to the food it was phenomenal! I mentioned it was my birthday and was gifted with a bottle of Scott's Sparkling Red Wine to go. Our waiter was well informed on the menu.. made great suggestions, he was very friendly and delivered service with a smile. I shouted this restaurant out on my Facebook page and will be writing a review on Yelp. If you haven't been, it's a MUST DO. I loved it, and I will be back.
