Food is ok but overpriced, and the restaurant is in a sort of mall, so ambience is not a strong point either.
I don't understand how Scott's stays in business. (Maybe it's the loyal older crowd they attract.) Their food is just not up to par, certainly not for the prices they charge. We've been several times in the hopes that it will get better, but it hasn't. Scott's, time to get a new chef!
