Got them to fix up my car but they broke my weather shield and tried to get out of compensation for damages, constantly called them every week to get the replacement part in and they either ignored my calls or lied to me that the part was coming in. never responded to me and still haven't replaced they part they broke.

I came to this shop for a simple side mirror replacement job. Little did I know that it would be one of the worst and most uncomfortable customer service experiences that I've ever had. Steve, the owner, gave me a quote, I paid cash up front prior to him ordering the part, per his request. The mirror that he ordered was the wrong colour and covered in scratches and marks.
