Waited for weeks for revised proposal. E-mailed just asking for them to respond to let me know something, anything! Asked them to tell me if they were too busy to work on my project and I'd move on; still no response. Called and spoke with them. They strung me along telling me Scott would be calling me. Finally, texted me with an apology and said Scott could call me right then if I was available. I confirmed via text 4 minutes later and still no call from Scott.
