I am responding to the previous review. Thank you so much. I was considering going to this place since it is local and wanted to give business to local vendors. But so glad I read your reviews. I will shop elsewhere. You did right by putting this information out there. It certainly has helped me make a wise decision. In today's economy it does not pay, to have a lack of customer service. I will pass the word on about this business.
CONSUMERS BEWARE!!! Took Scooter in to be fixed, it was not holding a charge. $70 later picked up scooter and it was still not holding a charge. My 65 year old father went back to have him fix it again and this man cursed him out and threated to beat him up...DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!! This man is crazy and a criminal, he charges you for services that he does not do and then uses intimidation and fear to scare you into not giving any money back!!! Your review Child Quad ripOFFF - - Today We bought our son a quad for Christmas and the quad didn't work the first day. WE took it back and asked for our money and he said he was too broke to give us the money back but he would fix it. We got it back and it broke again after about 20 minutes. bad experience with this place... the owner is very rude, he has know costumer service skills at all...and this not only happen to me but i witness it with another customer as i was leaving with a lady...she left shaking her head just like me...also misleads his labor costs and lie`s...tells you theres other parts needed when there not...and to top if off way over charges on everything....i highly recommend anyone to go somewhere else....dont say i didnt warn you...sincerly gopedsucka
