I have not been as happy since they joined with TruGreen. We left TruGreen to go to Scott's because we had poor service. Now we have TruGreen again. Not sure we will stay with them. Not nearly as knowledgeable as the service people from Scott's.
Scotts has been servicing our lawn for several years now and we are very happy with the results. Everyone we have encountered at Scotts, from customer service to the application specialist, have been professional and courteous. Our's is one of the best maintained lawns in our area.
Was trying get hold of them nobody even answers phone
They really know how to deliver quality customer service and lawn care expertise. My lawn has never looked better!
BEST LAWN IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD! I used another lawn care company for many years, but did not see much of a difference with my lawn. I switched to Scotts Lawn Care Service and what a GREAT change. Green, lush and thick. I think my lawn looks like the top 5% of all lansing lawns. Thanks guys.
