Scott's & Art are awesome! I didn't think inspection on new home construction was necessary, but I'm SO glad I did as Art checked & found things that will give me peace of mind for years to come. He also took the time to explain every step.
We have used Scott's on two occasions now. We have used Joseph H. both times (requested him on the second inspection). In answer to ALL the questions..........TEN's across the board.
