I live in the Texas panhandle but my parents are buried in Stephenville. I know that I can always depend on Scott’s Flowers to deliver flowers to the cemetery. The customer service is exceptional. I feel as though I have made a friend with everyone I have ever spoken with. Thank you all!

If you want Blue Ribbon customer service and a stunning bouquet of flowers, call Scott’s Flowers on the Square. I called on a Saturday morning for a last minute floral delivery and Tyann was wonderful. She helped me choose exactly what I needed and assured me they would be sent out directly ( a rural location was no problem). She took the time to listen and created the most beautiful arrangement. I recently placed an order online and accidently set the delivery date for the wrong date. I called and asked if that was something that could be changed or cancelled and reordered. James was so incredibly helpful and attentive and adjust my order right then and there to be the intended date. He was very quick as well. He's definitely earned a repeat customer.

Scott's created this beautiful arrangement for us. My schedule was such that I requested to pick them up. James was so good helping me; he got the flowers securely situated in my vehicle for the trip home. Top-notch customer service and so friendly, kind. THANK YOU !
