I recently placed an order online and accidently set the delivery date for the wrong date. I called and asked if that was something that could be changed or cancelled and reordered. James was so incredibly helpful and attentive and adjust my order right then and there to be the intended date. He was very quick as well. He's definitely earned a repeat customer.
