Had ordered several times this year and were happy with their delivery and bouquets. Ordered again before cutoff time on 31/12/2025 and yet no delivery. Emailed twice and no response. Gave them a call and they kept giving excuses not received emails on time and public holidays (but they’re open on the day I ordered). Not good enough when you can put a pre-warning on your website if that’s the case.
