Terrible customer service. Flowers were left in a public area, and instead of taking responsibility, the shop sent a defensive email blaming everyone else. Never ordering from them again.
We recently ordered a small "A Life Loved' casket floral display and requested the addition of Singapore Orchids & Geraldton Wax flowers. We were impressed by the flowers and we received many complements on the beauty of the flowers. We were also very happy with the staff taking our order and their help.
