We had to put carpet on our stairs and our son had to replace the carpet on his stairs. Scott was great to deal with and Bev worked with us to narrow down the selection. The quality of the carpet and price point was better than the box stores and we can't say enough about Gerry, the installer. True professional, top quality installation, didn't scratch one stair spindle of our renovated stairs and great to talk to.Our go to for flooring.
They are very rude and do not know how to help customers properly.
Edited after the last tiny strip at the feont door was completed: Our installed laminate flooring is absolutely beautiful! There was a small two inch strip, the width of the door, at our front entrance that that took them an inordinately long time to come back and finish off, but we are very happy with the final result. We get compliments on our Surewood flooring all the time. It's very quiet, warm, looks incredible, and cleans easily. One problem.
