Not the best Customer service food was good but the service sucked. You got more time to stand around and talk walk around and make yourself useful and ask if you would like more water or coffee.
By having the man working 5:00 PM on November 27, give back the proper change and not talk in a smart alec way to customers.
Groupon is what got us to try this restaurant. We had a great visit on a Saturday morning for the breakfast buffet. The hostess did a great job finding a place to accommodate two highchairs (you'd be surprised how difficult this seems to be at some places). Our server was attentive to refills and cleaning dirty dishes as needed. The food was all delicious and fresh. I really appreciated the variety that was offered. I hesitated going because of previous reviews, but I'm so glad we decided to try it for ourselves.
For being voted best family restaurant I wasn’t expecting to be writing this review. I was in for breakfast today around 10 am and yes it was busy.. but I would think as an established place of business you would have enough experienced servers on the floor or at the very least enough servers scheduled to handle the crowd.
