This was my second time using Scott's. They broke their backs to accommodate my last minute call and even showed up early. On both occasions, Scott and his technician, Ayo were as gracious as could be and did a masterful job on my 18 year old carpets.
I called Scott today needing someone out ASAP because another company never showed up to do the job. Scott showed up quickly and did a GREAT job! I am so happy the first company did not show up because Scott and his guy was very nice, professional, and did an outstanding job! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have their carpet cleaned. I am so thankful I came across Scott's Carpet Services because they were amazing! Thank you so much Scott!!!
My parents had used Scott many times in the past to clean their carpets. He was always courteous, fair, and very good at his job. We hired Scott to clean the carpets at our house which had some huge stains. Everything came out, looked like new again. I would recommend Scott because A. He did a great job B. Friendly and responsive from the start, Irma, Scott and Bill were great. They fixed our botched job done by someone else. I couldn't have asked for more and at a fair price too. We will definitely keep them on file for the day we replace our carpeting again. I wish we had used them to begin with.
They came out right away when I called with an emergency. They did a great job, and cleaned up a heavily pet-soiled carpet throughout the entire house. The house passed inspection easily thanks to their hard work. I will definitely use them again.
The technician was very thorough and professional. The prices were fair and they didn't pull the old bait and switch. The price range I received over the phone was the same price I paid when the cleaner came. There was no high pressure sales pitch, just a good carpet cleaning.
They came out and did a great job cleaning my carpet. I will use them again and highly recommend them.
