Completely unprofessional, rude , and arrogant! You would think the Owner of Scott's Body Shop business would be professional, but this lady is the complete opposite! Was dropping a vehicle off here for State Farm. Put it in a spot out of the way, or at least I thought, and was preparing to take thr paperwork in when this lady comes flying out the door screaming at me and yelling obscenities about how I'm blocking her driveway and worker from getting past. Friendly, accommodating. They do absolutely great work, whether it's body work, inspections or basic oil change and tire rotation.
Excellent service. Small damage to my car that insurance didn't cover this was best price, fast service very friendly.
The counter staff is so cordial and friendly. The body shop staff is the best.
