Spoiler alert: Scott’s Auto Service is awesome! Since moving to Troy in 2013, I have been depending on Scott’s Auto for all my family’s auto/truck service and repair needs. I count myself fortunate for finding them quickly after moving to the area. My family has had vehicles ranging from Kia Soul to F-350 with a 6.7L Powerstroke diesel serviced at Scott’s auto. Went great, had a appointment,in and in and out in less than a hour, checked everything, changed oil and filter, rotated tires, very please with experience, will be coming back
Once again, Scott's knocked it out of the park with their customer service. They offered a ride along with a service tech to make sure we were on the same page about a noise and double checked for problems. Knowing they took my concerns seriously and not that I'm a "stupid woman" means a lot. This is why Scott's is my "go to" auto shop. They listen and explain, if I don't understand and never try to scam me based on my gender, unlike most auto shops. Highly recommend!!
