I just purchased a used vehicle and took it to Scott to have the spark plugs replaced. (Simple job I normally do but thanks to a poor design by Ford, I wasn't touching these) All the spark plugs broke off. They retrieved all pieces without dropping any into the cylinders and worked with me on the price. The truck now runs like a dream! Thanks to Scott's for helping me get my new used truck working properly!
