My Mom had a great experience with this company. They bought her car and towed it same day that she stopped there to see if they bought cars.Got more for the car than what she thought since the engine was fried!
Call ahead of time to make sure they had the part I needed. The guy on the phone quickly said "Oh yeah, Ive got one right out here." I drive 20 miles to pick it up, and he doesnt even have the same type of vehicle I needed the part off of in the lot. If you dont have the part then just say you dont have the part. Dont make your customers drive all the way to your buisness to find you dont have it. Just doesnt make since.
