He had my car for 3 months!! He never gave me a written estimate and asked me to sign a blank work order. He said he needed money up from to start the job, I gave him $1,200 and then never heard from him again. I called relentlessly and he never returned my calls, not once. The few times I did get him on the phone he said "it's almost done, I'll call you when it's ready" and I would never hear back.
