Don't bother with this place. Try to call and they send you directly to corporate and then have to transfer you back to the office. Also, corporate doesn't speak to the office so when you email documents the office never gets them. Can't speak to the quality of the brokers here since it took me >1 hour on hold to talk to one.
My experience is pretty much the same as other reviewers. Documents and materials get lost or mishandled between the branch office and headquarters. The local reps call and leave messages that they are "reaching out" to me and ask me to call back. Calling back results in either a busy signal or call forwarding to corporate HQ, where they have no idea why I've been called. This office constantly makes unwanted marketing/sales calls to account holders. I joined Scottrade because I did not want a broker calling me. Lol.
