Aug 2015 the Scottish rose closed and owners moved to Georgia. Mr Jeff of Sonshine Florist & Gifts answered taking over the phone number based in Wetumpka was very courteous, gracious & friendly to work with for a same day delivery. He was quite informative about the area, servicing the Millbrook funeral home and surrounding area. He is a blessing and I would be happy to do business with again.
I am very disappointed in the service that Scottish Rose provided. Not only were the flowers "wild type" flowers for $65 the delivery was a day late. I will never use their florist again. I contacted the owner in regards to this situation and requested a refund considering the flowers weren't delivered and they happened to show up about 30-45 minutes later. She refused to refund the money even though the product wasn't received. Very disappointing service!
