The plastic trim on the top of the bed liner was loose and appeared to have broken fasteners. I refused the poor work and was assured new parts would be ordered and installed within a week. 4 Star : Customer Service The only issue was that the estimate person did not call to order parts for the schedule repair and insisted she did. 5 Star : Returned Clean
