After shelling out hundreds of dollars to two separate ENT's, one telling me "Maybe your ear will get better, maybe not!" and another one informing me, "You're deaf!" I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Agan and her team. We were originally on the waitlist for another ENT in Dallas and couldn’t get a consultation for six weeks. Dr. Agan got us in that same week and scheduled our daughter’s tubes the following week. Everything exceeded our expectations—from Dr. Agan surprising our daughter with her favorite stuffed animal to personally checking in after surgery. The level of care was incredible. Dr Agan is amazing. Super skilled and awesome bedside manner. My nasal passages were a disaster, and now I can breathe out of my left nostril for the first time in decades! Very detailed and she explained every step along the way. One of the best doctors I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!
Really great experience at Scottie with Dr. Agan! Everything was smooth and easy from the start, and the staff were very friendly and professional. Dr. Agan was very thorough, took the time to really listen to what I was dealing with, and explained things in a way that really made sense. I’m genuinely thrilled with the results!
