The inspector did a solid job overall and covered most areas well, but I can’t give five stars because he overlooked some obvious things. He said he couldn’t find the access to the bottom of the house, but I located it right away. He also mentioned not finding the attic access, which is clearly upstairs. While the inspection itself was thorough where completed, it wasn’t the full job. For that reason, I’m leaving four stars instead of five.
Plumbing passed inspection but as soon as we moved in and took a bath, the bathroom flooded from leaking.. Definitely something that should have been found if water was ran!
I contacted Joshua on a Monday evening and was able to get the inspection scheduled Friday. He was extremely professional and transparent with his communication about the process, and what to expect. His costs were in line with the market and answered all of my questions in terms that made sense. I would definitely use his services in the future and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspection.
