Hire competent staff. My dog was scheduled for a yearly exam and they refused to see her stating she was only scheduled for a nail trim. Told me to come back the next day. I work and can’t call off to bring her back in. Scheduled evening appointment for a reason! Will not go back.

They are very compassionate and caring. We love taking our pet there. We have been going for many years. They take their time and always explain everything. Staff and Doctor are the best.
We have a 175lb English Mastiff who is afraid of his own shadow. The vet techs work wonderfully with him by going above and beyond to help him feel comfortable.

I would just like to thank Dr. Chez and the staff for caring for my cat. They did an amazing job and Dr. Chez was great at explaining and treating him. I highly recommend Scottdale Veterinary Clinic!
I’ve been going to Scottdale Veterinary Clinic for the past 13 years and have never dealt with someone so rude as Kristy. I let it slide the first couple of times I’ve dealt with her on the phone and in person but have had enough. It’s uncalled for and I will not be returning to this veterinary clinic in the future because of this woman.
